If you would like to change your shipping address after the package has been shipped out, you will be required to pay for the additional address change fee. If your package is returned by the carrier company after failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will provide you with a refund minus the shipping cost both ways once the package has been returned to us. Shipping fees are non- refundable and will be displayed during checkout, before you submit for payment. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have very little to no control over the package. To get an accurate timeline of your product, please track your shipment (you will receive an email with your tracking information) or contact the carrier company directly. Perfumeonline is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier company. Please be advised: The shipping timeline listed below are only estimations and do not include weekends, holidays or any other delays caused by the carrier company. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong/damaged item. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee all products are 100% authentic. If a refund is to be provided for reasons other then damage to the product, Perfumeonline.ca will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the refund and this amount will be deducted from your order amount. We don't accept returns of Niche fragrances until and unless they are unopened and still sealed and never sprayed. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part. There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in its original packaging. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased).

If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging.
